HUNTINGTON, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- After a three month investigation into a Roanoke woman's death, police have arrested the alleged dealer responsible for providing her with the drugs that lead to her death.

Last November officers responded to a 911 call indicating that a woman inside a home located in Roanoke was not breathing. Annette Veach, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene and her cause of death was determined to be morphine toxicity.

Thursday, the Huntington County Sheriff's Department arrested Christy Oden, 40, on three counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a class B felony, and one count of reckless homicide, a class C felony.

Her initial hearing is scheduled for Friday and a bond has been set in the amount of $70,000.
