Steuben County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Steuben police arrested a Fort Wayne man in connection to an alleged rape.
Police were called in reference to an alleged rape that occurred in the town of Hamilton just before 3 Monday morning.
It was there that they placed 33-year-old Omar Soto Gutierrez under arrest.
He is being held without bond pending formal charges.
