Allen County Property Taxes Are Due

ALLEN COUNTY (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- Property tax payments are due.

Payments must be in the hands of the Allen County Treasurer or postmarked by May 10th to avoid a penalty.

If mailing in a check send it to: Allen County Treasurer, PO Box 2540, Fort Wayne, IN 46801.

Payments can also be dropped off in the deposit slot in front of the Treasurer's Office, payed online or at any of the Allen County banks listed on the back of the tax bill. You must have your tax statement when paying at a bank.

You can also drop off your property tax payment in the night depository box at any Star Financial Bank location.
