NORTH CAROLINA (www.incnow.tv) -- An air man from Portland, Indiana has been accused of killing his 15-month-old son after the baby's body was discovered in a bag on the side of a highway.
Matthew Theurer, 21, was arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter, negligent homicide and murder Wednesday. The body of his son was found approximately 100 miles from the Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
