A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver was adjusting his radio when he began to veer off to the left and over corrected to the right, causing the semi to tip over and slide 200 ft..

The semi was loaded with cans and bottles of beers which began to pour out through a tear in the top of the trailer.

The driver, 31-year-old Khurshid A. Makhmudov, was taken to the hospital with a laceration on his forearm.
