FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Earlier this month, the Belmont Beverage location on W. State Blvd. sold a winning $19 million Hoosier Lottery ticket.

For being the location to sell the winning ticket, the Hoosier Lottery will be awarding Belmont Beverage a $100,000 bonus commission.

According to the store, portions of the bonus commission will be divided amongst the company's profit sharing plan, company-wide lottery celebrations and sales awards for the W. State Blvd. employees. This is Belmont Beverage's first major lottery win since the inception of the Hoosier Lottery in April of 1990.

"We're very fortunate to sell the winning ticket and we're going to take the opportunity to share this good fortune with our employees," said Gary Gardner, Operations Manager for Belmont Beverage.

The store will be handed the reward bonus commission Sept. 25th.
