Bluffton Family Farm Honored with State Centennial Award

Indiana (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Indiana Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman and Agriculture Director Joe Kelsay honored the Raber Farm, located in Bluffton, with the Hoosier Homestead Award at the Indiana State Fair.

The Hoosier Homestead Award recognizes families with farms that have been owned by the same family for 100 years or more.

The Raber Farm began operation in 1912 and received the centennial award for 100 years of ownership.

Over 5,000 farms have received the award in the past 30 years.
