WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.incnow.tv) – A big decision in the Supreme Court for farmers nationwide.

The debate of Bowman vs. Monsanto is a case between a small time southwestern Indiana farmer and an agribusiness giant. Vernon Hugh Bowman was sued by Monsanto after using a bi-product of a Monsanto seed crop yield to grow a different soy bean crop that would be impervious to pesticides.

The High Court will decide whether what he did violated patent law.
