Bus Passenger with Knife to Stand Trial in August

ALLEN COUNTY, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - 29-year-old Nyelah Hayes learned she'll stand trial August 30th after sparking a struggle on a Citilink bus in April.

Hayes is charged with criminal recklessness after police say she pulled a steak knife on another rider when he made a rude comment to her on the bus.

The two fought, and Hayes was cut on the hand.

She was taken off the bus at Spy Run and Lawton Place and arrested.
