Indianapolis (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – An Indianapolis man has been arrested for allegedly using his cell phone to record other men inside a restroom on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).

According to the Indy Star when IUPUI Police confronted 19-year-old Durrell Garrison of Indianapolis within the restroom inside the Science, Engineering & Technology Building they say he admitted to taking video of men using the urinal.

Garrison gave police permission to search his phone and found additional video of other men using the urinal.

Police were tipped off about Garrison Thursday afternoon when a man reported that he had witnessed someone sliding their iPhone between the wall and the neighboring bathroom stall at waist level. The man also claimed to hear moaning from within the stall, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Police arrested Garrison on voyeurism and public indecency charges. Police also discovered he had an open warrant for arrest.
