FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Chicago fans filled Foellinger Theater Tuesday night to see the 70's rock band perform.
The band, who has been together for 46 years, played a two-set show, featuring songs spanning their entire career. But it's not all about the music.
Before each concert the group auctions off a chance to sing with the band. Proceeds are then donated to the American Cancer Society to raise funds and awareness in the fight to end breast cancer.
Original Chicago band member Lee Loughnane says in the past four years they have raised a half million dollars for breast cancer research.
"For every show for the last four years, we have partnered with the American Cancer Society to try and raise money and awarness through breast cancer and attempt to eradicate it forever.. More birthdays is the campagin," Loughnane said.
Tickets for the show sold out in just minutes.
