Allen County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Allen County Councilman, Paul Moss, was pulled over for a second time, last weekend, on suspicious activity.
When the officer approached Moss' car, the officer says he smelled alcohol on his breath. Investigators say he initially refused a field breathalyzer test but eventually "did agree" to it, when another officer arrived.
According to police report, Moss reportedly blew well below the legal limit of 0.08.
You may remember Moss’ first pullover this year landed him and Sheriff Ken Fries in the middle of an ethics investigation.
