ORLAND, Ind. (21Alive) -- Deputies from Stueben County Sherriff’s office were on the scene of a single vehicle accident that occurred early Friday night at approximately 6:23 p.m. on CR 550 W North.

Police say the vehicle was a 2005 Chevrolet pick-up truck driven by 29 year-old Jeremy Maguire. Police say Maguire was traveling northbound when his vehicle struck a tree.

Orland Fire Rescue responded to the scene and was able to pull Maguire safely from his vehicle and he was air lifted by West Michigan Air Care to Parkview Hospital.
