Donnelly Inspects Definition Of Full Time Employee (VIDEO)

UNITED STATES. (www.incnow.tv) - As the realities of the nation's new healthcare law become clearer, steps are being taken to stem the tide of job cuts as employers try to avoid increased healthcare costs.

Today, Senators Susan Collins of Maine and Indiana's Joe Donnelly took a two-pronged approach by defining what it means to be a full-time employee.

Under Obamacare, if someone works just 30 hours a week, they must receive healthcare benefits as a full-time employee.

Employers are chopping jobs and hours to avoid that increased cost.
