Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - When attending a job fair make sure to leave the jeans and short skirts at home.

Dressing for success could mean the difference between getting the job or not.

“No matter what position that you're going for, no matter the skills or training is needed for it, or how your attire will be on that specific job, these employers are looking for people that can really represent their company well,” said Josiah Brown from IPFW’s career services. “To put yourself over the top and put yourself into a position where you'll be noticed later on is very important.”

Before Wednesday’s job fair there was an interview session to help the job seekers learn the best way to present themselves to potential employers.
