Driver Who Crashed Her Car into a House Charged with Felony

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne woman has been charged with a felony and four misdemeanors after crashing her car into a house Sunday.

45-year-old Patricia Davila is charged with two counts of OWI, being an unlicensed driver, and felony criminal mischief.

Early Sunday morning, police say Davila was driving down Burgess Street when she hit a parked car and a curb, then went airborne and flipped over.

The car then smashed into the side of a home.

The Journal Gazette, says she had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 and that she posted a $4,000 bond on Thursday.

Davila is due back in court on Monday.
