Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne firefighters made short work of a burning home early Monday morning.
They were called to 3106 Drexel Avenue at 4:30 a.m. and had the flames under control about nine minutes later.
People do live in the house, but no one was home at the time.
The fire reportedly started in a bedroom in the back of the house, but did not get into the attic.
Investigators are looking into how the fire began.
