Ethics Complaint Filed Against Governor Daniels

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- An ethics complaint has been filed against Governor Mitch Daniels.

State Representative Charlie Brown says the governor violated state ethics rules when he used a state government e-mail list to respond to stories about renovations being done on the Purdue President's office.

Brown is also asking that Daniels be forbidden from lobby state lawmakers on behalf of the University.
