Evansville, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Indiana is heading to the Olympics for the second time and it is for a sport many may not be familiar with.
John Nunn, a man who was once a stand-out track runner at Evansville, will be in the Olympics as a competitive racewalker. He will go for the gold' at the end of July in London as the only racewalker representing the United States in the 50 kilometer Racewalk.
Racewalking is a sport with two rules: an athlete must keep one leg on the ground at all times, and as soon as that leg hits the ground it cannot bend.
