Indiana (www.incnow.tv) - A federal judge has delayed the execution of a southern Indiana man.
Roy Lee Ward was to be put to death next Wednesday for the 2001 murder and rape of a 15-year-old Spencer County girl.
A judge granted a 90-day stay allowing his attorneys time to research and file paper work so that his conviction could be reviewed by a federal judge.
