Fatal Crash in Ohio Under Investigation

WILLIAMS COUNTY, Ohio (21Alive) -- The Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle fatal crash that happened on County Road D, 2/10 of a mile east of State Route 576 Friday night.

Terrence Sheets, 24, of Bryan, driving his 1998 Chevrolet S10 pickup westbound on County Road D, at about 9:30 p.m. when he traveled off the north side of the road. The truck crossed the center line and went off the south side of the road and rolled several times. Sheets was ejected from the vehicle.

Sheets was pronounced dead at the scene by the Williams County Coroner. Sheets was not wearing a seat belt. The crash currently remains under investigation.
