FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Federal charges have been filed against an Indianapolis man that police say stockpiled over a ton of marijuana in a Fort Wayne warehouse.

Martin Medina, 50, was arrested late last month after an investigation led authorities to discover that Medina was planning on moving a large amount of marijuana from Mexico, to Fort Wayne. Police found the marijuana stored in deep freezers at a Fort Wayne warehouse.

He was indicted by a Federal grand jury on a single count of possession with intent to sell.
