Indiana (Indiana's Newscenter) - A federal judge upholds an Indiana law banning registered sex offenders from accessing social media sites used by children.
The Noble County sheriff has put this law in action right away and is encouraging residents to report any sex offenders they may know of that use Facebook or other social media sites to the law enforcement.
The American Civil Liberties Union filed a suit in Indiana on behalf of a man convicted of child exploitation. After losing the case, they are considering an appeal.
