HUNTINGTON, Ind. (21Alive) -- A former Huntington City Council member and Huntington County Jail commander has been found guilty of theft.

Stephen McIntyre was on trial after police say he was caught red-handed stealing from a soda pop fund at work. He was charged with theft, a Class D felony, in April.
