Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In an attempt to clear its books, Hostess Brands, Inc. announced that it has begun planning to permanently cease operations and significantly scale down operation at its Bluffton Road facility if the company is unable to emerge from Chapter 11.
Hostess made the announcement Thursday morning saying that the company is trying to emerge from Chapter 11 as a viable company but if needed they would sell all or portions of its business to make that happen.
