For failing to meet with her attorney

Fort Wayne Mother Back In Jail

Fort Wayne,Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A Fort Wayne mother accused of severely abusing her 2-yr old son causing three brain hemorrhages, burns and more is back behind bars after a judge ordered her held without bond this morning.

Holly Brooks was scheduled to face the charge of neglect of a dependent very soon but she hasn't been meeting with her attorney.

The judge granted the attorney's request for a new trial date but in return threw her back in jail so she would be forced to meet with her attorney.
