FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – Beginning Sept. 1, the VA hospital will be offering flu vaccinations.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend vaccination against influenza for anyone six months or older.

Officials recommend being proactive and getting vaccinated early in the fall, before the flu season really gets going.

You can contact the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System Fort Wayne facility with questions or to set up a time.
