FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- We found out some new information about the Ash Brokerage project at today's groundbreaking ceremony at the downtown construction site.

Announced at the ceremony were the names chosen for two of the buildings that make up the project. The Ash building will be known as the "Ash Skyline Plaza" and the Hanning & Bean component will known as "Skyline Terrace."

Tim Ash, of Ash Brokerage, and Bill Bean, of Hanning Bean, were on hand with other community leaders to usher in the beginning of a new era in downtown Fort Wayne.

The project, which leaders have promised will transform downtown, is a joint public-private development between the City of Fort Wayne, Ash Brokerage, and Hanning & Bean Enterprises. The project will see a new national headquarters for Ash, new residential space, retail space, and a publicly owned parking garage.

Also released was a projected construction schedule for the entire project. It's as follows:

*June – Site preparation work

*August – Work begins on the parking garage

*February 2015 – Work begins on the Ash tower

*May 2015 – Work begins on the Hanning & Bean tower

*December 2015 – Substantial completion of the parking garage

*March 2016 – Substantial completion of the Ash tower
