FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - An Ohio inmate has pleaded guilty in a Fort Wayne murder more than a decade ago.
Bernard McClaney, 36, admitted to the 1998 shooting death of Arthur (Artie) Rittenhouse III inside his Fort Wayne home.
The terms of the plea deal call for McClaney, imprison for voluntary manslaughter in a separate case, to serve 55 years after completing his sentence in Ohio.
McClaney will complete his sentence in Ohio in 2016, The Journal Gazette reports.
McClaney will be formally sentenced Feb. 8.
