Allen County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A sizeable home under construction in the Heron Preserve addition in Allen County went up in flames, overnight.

The fire sparked around 11, Monday night in the 3500 block of Heron Preserve Trail, a gated community.

The 18,000 square-foot home had not reached the "dry-wall" stage.

The structure that was there collapsed quickly according to investigators with the Aboite Township Fire Department.

Firefighters spent a-few hours at the scene and investigators are back Tuesday morning at the scene, trying to find the cause.
