NEW HAVEN, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The husband of one of the victims of a horrific crash in January has filed a lawsuit against the semi-driver that did not slow down.

The wreck happened on US 30 in New Haven January 8th resulting in two fatalities. Suzanne K. Stephenson, 65 and Sandra Dealey, 43 both died of blunt force trauma to the head after a semi driven by Scott Saunders, 50 crash into their vehicles.

Police reports say the driver did not slow down.

Now the husband of one of the victims is suing Suanders an the company he worked for, Kutzler Express. No criminal charges have been filed yet and the Allen County Prosecutor's Office says the incident remains under investigation.

After the crash, 21Alive discovered a cryptic post from Saunders on his Facebook page from December 28 saying: "why do cars think they can beat up on trucks one tried tonight and lost." This implies that he had also been involved in another crash just two weeks prior to the one in New Haven.
