INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Indiana State Police believe they have busted up a heroin ring with the arrest of six men.
Authorities say the ring stretched across the Hoosier state to the Chicago area.
Police were able to confiscate ten pounds of powder heroin, $434,000 in cash and a number of vehicles including a semi used to transport the drug.
Capt. Dave Bursten of the Indiana State Police says, "This has put a significant dent in the heroin traffic in the city of Indianapolis."
According to authorities the heroin confiscated has the street value of more than $400,000.
One suspect remains at large.
