Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The Indiana State Fair has some tasty additions to the menu this year.
That's because this is the year of the dairy cow.
In celebration they will have a lemon chiller milkshake and moo-chew that's a grilled cheese with American and Pepperjack cheeses.
The American Dairy Association is using this as an opportunity to teach people and children about agriculture.
Jenni Purcell with the American Dairy Association of Indiana says, "It's really important to Indiana as a state and it's important, bring your kids out to the fair so they learn how milk gets from the farm to the table."
Purcell says there will be many different informational events going on throughout the fair including dairy cooking demos and cow milking.
