Indianapolis Brewer Seeks "Destination" Brewery

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21Alive) -- Sun King Brewing Co. has unveiled plans for a new location on 96th St. near Fishers, Indiana.

, the state's second largest brewery purchased 13 acres of land near I-69 and 96th St in Fishers. Sun King's President Omar Robinson says the new location will be "like nothing you've seen in Indiana."

Sun King will keep it's current location in downtown Indianapolis that was started in 2009 but needs a new location to keep up with demand. When the company started, their goal was produce 5,000 barrels annually, however, they are now producing 30,000 and need to expand.

Robinson added " We want this to be a destination for the state of Indiana"
