Summit Equestrian specializes in therapeutic riding, which brings individuals with cognitive, physical, and emotional disabilities in close contact with specially trained horses that help with their therapy requirements all while having fun.

The horse show starts at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and is being held at the Mizpah Shrine Horse Grounds, just off of Route 9, north of Columbia City.

Admission is free and is open to all horse enthusiasts and local barns and spectators.

Riders from Summit Equestrian will perform their demonstrations from 12- 2 p.m.
