KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (21Alive) - The trial for the man accused of killing a Fort Wayne woman and dumping her body in Noble County at Bartley Lake has been moved to Allen County.

Andres Gonzalez Jr., 35, of Fort Wayne has been accused of killing Erin Justin, 36, of Fort Wayne in a garage at a home on Holton Avenue in the summer of 2011.

Court documents say Andres Gonzales Jr. and his brother, Victor Gonzalez, 32, of Fort Wayne, then moved the body to Bartley Lake.

The Gonzalez brothers were arrested and charged in Noble County, but Andres' trial was moved Thursday to Allen County, according to The Journal Gazette.

Victor Gonazlez is charged with moving Justin's body; his case remains in Noble County courts.
