Kokomo Police Cancel Search for Missing Person

Shari Richardson, 26, was reported missing early Saturday morning.

KOKOMO, Ind. (Indiana's Newscenter) - Kokomo Police have canceled their request for help in locating a missing person.

Shari Antoinette Richardson was reported missing by her aunt, Teresa Allen early Saturday morning. Shari was last seen on Friday night around 8:00 p.m. when she left, alone, to go to the Penny Saver Convenience Store located at 400 N. Appersonway in Kokomo.

Shari , 26, lives at 615 E. Superior also in Kokomo. She is described as, 5’5” to 5’10’ tall, weighing approximately 330 pounds with brown short hair. Shari was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with a picture on the front and a pair of blue Capri jeans.

Her aunt describes her as mentally disabled with the mental capacity of an 8-10 year old child. The aunt said Shari is very outgoing and will talk to anyone.
