Kokomo Shooter Chose Victims at Random

KOKOMO, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Police say 36-year-old Turama Stitts went on a shooting rampage, this week killing one person and injuring four others.

According to investigators Stitts chose his victims at random and was arrested Thursday night.
