Lack of Apples Won't Put Damper on Johnny Appleseed Festival

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The state's apple crop is taking a beating thanks to the drought.

Organizers of the Johnny Appleseed Festival say they have plenty of apples on hand for the upcoming event but a couple of venders did notify the festival saying they don't have enough product to participate.

The festival runs the weekend of September 15th.
