Granger, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Indiana Conservation Officers were called to a business in Granger after landscapers uncovered some buried artifacts.

Among some of the artifacts found were three large monuments, animal remains and glass.

Conservation Officers say that it is possible that more artifacts pre-dating 1870 may still be buried at that location. The area has been secured by Indiana Conservation Officers until the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology can determine all artifacts in the area are preserved.
