The University of Saint Francis' Planetarium hosted a psychedelic event this weekend. The planetarium took visitors back to the 1960s with multiple laser light shows.
For the past four years, the university has rented a laser system than can project animations, cartoons, and geometric patterns, all set to music or narration.
The system allows for at least twenty different shows so it's always something different.
Some of the shows tailored toward an older crowd featured music by the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and many other rock-n-roll classics. For a more family-friendly show, a tale of Perseus and Andromeda, which explains the behind-the-scene story of the two constellations.
