Lawn Tractor Rollover Kills One

NEW PALESTINE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A body was pulled from a retention pond in New Palestine, Indiana.

Police say the 23 year old man had been mowing when the tractor he was on rolled over into the pond.

According to witnesses, the victim tried to jump free of the machine but was pinned underneath the left rear tire.
