Lincoln Financial Laying Off 130 Workers Nationwide

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The Lincoln Financial Corporation announced that the company will be eliminating 130 workers from its ranks nationwide.

37 of those jobs were in Fort Wayne.

The layoffs add up to one point five percent of their workforce.

Company officials say it's all part of their strategic design efforts within the company to remain competitive and strong.

Severance packages and outplacement services are being provided to those workers who were layed off.
