FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- State investigators have ordered a city woman to immediately stop providing child care, after a two-month old who had been at her home died at the hospital last month.

It's important to note that the coroner's office does not suspect any foul play, but investigators there are waiting for more test results before ruling how and why the infant boy died on February 26th.

The little boy is the third child to die in a child care-related case so far this year.
