INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An Auburn man's lawsuit against the Hoosier Lottery is moving forward after a ruling from an appeals court.
Jeff Koehlinger is one of two plaintiffs that are part of a class action suit.
The suit says the Lottery misled consumers by its advertising. A printer's error changed the amount of "Cash Blast" winning tickets available in 05’ and 06'.
Reports say Koehlinger spent nearly 2,500 on the tickets.
The lottery feels the odds of winning were not compromised, but the ruling questions how quickly the Lottery fixed the issue with consumers.
