Kosciusko County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - 28-year-old Bradley Wine of North Webster was hospitalized over the weekend after having a blood alcohol content of 0.54.
Police say Wine had apparently run out of gas on a rural Kosciusko County Road and continued to drink in his vehicle.
According to police, levels greater then 0.5 are normally fatal, his was 0.548.
Police add that Wine has been known to mix vodka with Monster energy drinks and stumbled around town.
The portable breath test indicated he blew a 0.16.
