WINONA LAKE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- A Winona Lake man faces meth related charges after police detected a strong odor coming from his home Wednesday night.
When police entered 60 year old Richard Green’s house they found an active one pot meth lab inside a mason jar.
