Man Charged With More Counts of Sexual Exploitation

BRAZIL, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Additional charges have been filed against a Brazil, Ind. man accused of coercing teens into making sexually explicit videos of themselves.

Richard Finkbiner, 39, had been jailed on two counts of sexual exploitation of two minors back in April.

However, since then federal investigators say 10 more minors have come forward saying they were victimized as well.
