FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - A Fort Wayne man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of another man Thursday night.

David Cocklin, 56, was arrested Monday and preliminarily charged with felony murder, according to the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Cocklin is accused of stabbing Raynell White, 30, of Fort Wayne, to death at the Clark gas station at Wayne Trace & Drexel Avenue.

Police say White died after he and Cocklin got in a fight, and Cocklin stabbed him.

The Allen County Coroner's Office ruled White's death the fourth homicide of Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2014.

Cocklin is jailed without bond.
