Man In Jail After Allegedly Firing A Gun During A Domestic Dispute (with Video)

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A domestic dispute that involved gunfire landed 33-year-old Joseph Hettinger in jail.

Police were called to the Westhaven Estates mobile home park just before 1:30 a.m. Witnesses told police that Hettinger fired his gun after a physical altercation with a woman. The woman was later found in a neighboring mobile home.

Hettinger is being held on the preliminary charge of felony domestic battery and two counts of intimidation with a deadly weapon.
